A growing Walsall business is expanding its range of external cleaning services after securing funding to invest in new equipment, helping the company take on larger jobs and reach more customers.
Morgan & Walker External Cleaning, a partnership founded by Ben Morgan and James Walker in late 2025, provides professional window cleaning, gutter clearing, and fascia and soffit cleaning to residential and commercial customers throughout Walsall.
The business continues a local legacy, following in the footsteps of James’s father, a well-known traditional window cleaner in the Coalpool and Walsall areas.
The company has received a £3,245 grant from Walsall Business Support to purchase a professional pressure washing system and related equipment. The investment supports their company’s expansion into pressure washing, roof cleaning and soft washing services, enabling the duo to take on higher-value and larger-scale jobs more efficiently.
Ben Morgan, Co-Owner of Morgan & Walker External Cleaning, said: “The grant has made a real difference to our business. Since starting, Morgan & Walker External Cleaning has quickly built a strong local customer base through repeat residential work and smaller commercial contracts.
With the new investment, the business plans to expand further into larger commercial sites such as retail parks and business premises, while continuing to strengthen its residential services.
